My Ecuador Real Estate is a small team based in Quito. We work with licensed local attorneys and regional builders so that building a home in Ecuador, or buying one, from another country, has one point of contact.
We serve people from the United States and Canada who want to retire or spend part of the year in Ecuador, in English and Spanish. Most of our work is custom builds that we manage from the purchase of the land to the finished home.
