Build a house in Ecuador, from the land to the keys

Lot sourcing, legal purchase in your name, design, construction and turnkey handover with one point of contact.

Building is what we do

Most of our clients want to start from a piece of land and build exactly what they have in mind: the view, the terrace, the single floor, the garden. Building in another country is only hard when you have to coordinate a land seller, a lawyer, an architect and a builder from thousands of miles away.

We are that single point of contact. We advise you on the land, register it in your name, design to measure, build with reports you can follow from home, and hand you the keys with every document in order.

One team. 100% legal handling. Turnkey handover.

Your home in five clear steps

The same five steps you see on our homepage, each with what we handle and what you can count on.

  1. 1

    The land

We advise you on the land that fits your goals and budget: location, access, water and power, lifestyle, with a first review of the title and legal status to reduce risk from the start.

  2. 2

    Legal purchase

The lot is purchased and registered in your name with licensed local attorneys at every step. Part of the process can be done from abroad with a power of attorney.

  3. 3

    Approved design

We develop the concept with you and turn it into clear, buildable plans: layout, light, comfort and efficiency. Then we take the plans through the municipal permits.

    Construction

We build with control over quality, cost and timeline, handle the paperwork along the way, and send you progress reports from the site while you are away.

You receive the finished home with every document in order, ready to live in or to register, with no pending paperwork.

Timelines depend on the lot, the design and the permits. You receive a written schedule before construction starts. Photos of real sites and finished homes: [PENDIENTE: fotos reales de obra y entregas]

  • A budget rangeFor the lot and the build together, so the shortlist is realistic.
  • A rough timelineWhen you plan to move, even if it is two or three years out.
